A Construction Claims Consultant is required to join this impressive Independent Consultancy. Applicants will have a technical background in Quantity Surveying and will also be experienced in Construction Law. You will be adept in many of the key aspects of Construction Law, including: dispute resolution, adjudication, arbitration, contractual advice and final settlements.
Degree-educated in a relevant field, you will also be Chartered through the RICS or the CIOB. Additional qualifications would also be highly desirable, such as a MSc in Construction Law and / or Dispute Resolution. Applications are particularly welcome from professionals who are Chartered with the CIArb.
As an individual, you will be a strong team player and a confident communicator. Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills would also be highly advantageous.
