A Quantity Surveyor is required to join this impressive international Construction Consultancy. The successful candidate will be based in Leeds and will be joining a well-established team. The role is to work as part of a large and lengthy Framework Agreement with a premier commercial client. You will be tasked with cost managing and delivering a range of reactive maintenance works, ensuring that these schemes run to the agreed time-scales and budgetary constraints. You will be allocated a localised area to work within, which will form the focus of your client base. The daily duties will include:
- Certifying monthly payments;
- Managing contract variations;
- Auditing high volumes of reactive works final accounts;
- Regular dialogue with the client representative to provide cost data, estimates for new initiatives and ad-hoc reports.

This progressive award-winning Construction Consultancy seeks to appoint a Quantity surveyor to its Leeds office. Applicants will be competent Cost Managers from a Construction background and experienced in a consultancy environment. Ideally, you will have a strong ground in maintenance works and will also be familiar with Measured Term Contracts.
Degree-educated in a relevant field, you will also preferably be Chartered with the RICS.
