The Company
My Client is a market leading energy management company who offer independent assessments on company's premises and equipment and how they can be better utilised.
The Role
You will be responsible for the operation of remote support centre monitoring systems and the control of operational paperwork. You will be required to co-ordinate engineers to sites to resolve any technology problems.
Hours & Days:
Normal office hours Monday to Friday
About You:
Previous experience of handling and logging of calls on a central database system is essential as is the ability to liaise with both internal and external customers in a polite and efficient manner. You must have the ability to prepare reports using MS Excel, Access, Word and Power Point
