A qualified, non-domestic EPC Surveyor is sought for an immediate start freelance or permanent position within this large consultancy.
Initially you will be employed on a significant local authority contract based in Yorkshire and also working on a university portfolio in the Midlands.
All projects are based from the Leeds office and if working in a staff position you would be eligible for a company car or car allowance, while if working on a freelance basis you would be able to claim a mileage payment from the office base.
In this position it is essential that you are qualified as a non-domestic EPC Surveyor.
Ideally you will be experienced in carrying out surveys for a variety of schemes and a technical background within construction, but as a minimum you will have qualified and be confident and competent surveying on your own and with a colleague.
Due to the nature of the work it is essential that you can drive (and have your own vehicle if seeking work on a freelance basis) and that you are happy to travel within a typical 1 hours travel radius of home that may extend to 3 hours for specific commissions.
